Project descriptions are not advice
Project pages describe what we did on one specific property with its own ground conditions, property lines and permitting context. They are not a recommendation for yours. Materials, footings and railing decisions need a look at the actual site.
Estimates and timescales
Estimates are free and given in writing after we have seen the property. Any timescale mentioned on this site is indicative; weather and ground conditions move schedules, particularly through an Ohio winter.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship. Work begins only under a signed agreement setting out scope, fee and programme.
